This week on the blog, I am sharing a video to commemorate our milestone: together we have sent 100,000 letters and cards to the seniors we serve!
This is such an amazing achievement, so let's celebrate together with this video! The video contains snippets of our Zoom party, a backstory on how we started Letters Against Isolation, and an interview with our grandma who inspired us to start Letters Against Isolation! We have recently started to send our grandma and her neighbors letters and cards, so she speaks about how they have made her feel!
Thank you so much to each and every one of you for writing to the seniors we serve and for helping us fight senior loneliness. You, the volunteers, are at the heart of this organization, and none of this would be possible without you!
